Plan the conversion around your existing bathroom
At your estimate, discuss the existing tub opening, plumbing position, drainage and the space available for entering and using the shower. Explain who uses the bathroom and which changes would make daily use easier. Ask about wall surfaces, doors, fixtures, any requested support features and the preparation needed before installation. Confirm the agreed scope and exclusions in your proposal.
