Review a large opening before choosing a window
For a large window, start with the view you want to preserve and the way the room is used. Ask the team to compare available configurations and explain whether one large unit or a combination of units is appropriate for your opening. Current size limits and product suitability need to be checked for the exact system proposed.
Tell the team about stairs, narrow access or other conditions that could affect installation. Discuss measurements, glass options, frame appearance and finishing around the opening. Confirm preparation, installation scope, exclusions and warranty details in writing before selecting the product for your home.
