Be proactive
If you want to continue living in your home, then make it a safe environment by:
• Adding Handi-Bars in key areas of your home (such as by steps and tile floors)
• Widening your doors to 36 inches, if possible anywhere, or even just in key areas like your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen
• Converting to non-slip floors in your home
• Converting your bathtub to a non-slip walk-in shower with a seat and Handi-Bars
